Advance Payment: An advance payment is required to confirm your booking. This advance amount is non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.

Remaining Balance: The remaining amount must be paid on the day of the tour before the journey begins. Failure to complete the payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our refund policy.

Liability: Dream Destination is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tour. Customers are responsible for their belongings at all times.

Tour Modifications: Dream Destination reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, governmental regulations, or other emergencies.

Code of Conduct: Customers are expected to adhere to the guidelines provided by the tour staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
